Weiand made this LS1 cast aluminum more durable than factory composite. It can handle the added stress of forced induction and nitrous injection. One great feature of this intake is that is contains extra material for flow modification for those hungry LS1s. The manifolds thicker walls can also be machined for NOS fogger nozzles or other modifications. Can be polished for good lookin applications. This manifold has a power band for idle through 6200 RPM and has a 6.5 flange-to-logo pad height. Comes with gaskets, instead of O-rings, for engines builders to port as much as they want. Just trim the gasket to make the port job. Comes with 1.090 x 2.610 ports.
