    Building on a 20-year history of forced induction engineering and innovation, ProCharger was the first supercharger manufacturer to design and release a highly efficient air-to-air intercooled supercharger system for the C7 Corvette Stingray. With an original bracket design and belt-drive system unique to the C7 Stingray platform, ProCharger P-1SC-1 intercooled systems and tuner kits continue to lead the industry in OEM-style fit and finish, ease of installation, and reliable performance.

    Our C7 Corvette Stingray HO Intercooled Systems with P-1SC-1 are supplied with proven tuning calibrations and a handheld programmer set for a 40%+ power gain over stock, on 7 psi of boost and pump gas. Higher boost levels and horsepower gains of up to 50% are possible with an Intercooled Tuner Kit and custom tuning, and even higher with modified motors. For hyper-custom racing builds, F-Series supercharger models up to the 10.5” volute (F-1X and F-2) can be installed without the need for additional brackets.

    These ProCharger systems also give Corvette owners multiple options in both the performance and appearance arenas, with your choice of a vertical or horizontal-mounted intercooler, a supercharger air inlet with race-style filter or a factory air box interface, and either polished, satin, or black finish for the brackets and head unit.




    Starting from GM engine CAD models, ProCharger created a one-piece billet design utilizing existing, robust mounting points on the LT-1 motor for maximum holding force. This system will firmly hold head units ranging in size from a P-1SC-1 up to an F-2 head unit.

    No relocation of any OEM parts is needed--no fluid systems are opened up, and the ABS module and lines stay in the factory location. This not only speeds up the install, but it also ensures that all factory braking, cooling, and oiling systems on the car work just as GM intended.

    Using a patented crank pulley design, we are able to secure a 8.125" supercharger drive pulley onto the factory harmonic balancer, without having to drop the steering rack or pin the crank. The ProCharger crank pulley works by using a system of "cam-locks" to securely grip the factory balancer, taking the load off the crank bolt, and ensuring years of service without worry.

    Combining this 8.125" crank pulley with a multi-position, fixed idler near the supercharger pulley, the system was designed for maximum belt wrap. This ensures maximum belt traction as the power levels of these systems get pushed well beyond the factory 7 psi system offering.

    With the best belt wrap possible, ProCharger's tensioner is unique in design in that its not only spring loaded, but also allows the customer to add as much pre-load adjustment as they want into the belt. This tensioner has already been proven to support 1300+HP when used with dedicated 8-rib belts, so handling the factory 7 psi is no stress at all.

    This system was designed to be the easiest Corvette supercharger system install we have ever offered (4-5 hour install time), and you can change the pulley and 8-rib belt without removing the bracket or the supercharger.

    GM spent a great deal of time on the airflow design of this new C7, from the front fascia to the inlets for the coolers on the rear fenders. With this in mind, ProCharger decided that an intercooler specifically designed for the C7’s horsepower and cooling needs was in order.

    Starting with a fresh core design, the cross flow section of the intercooler core was increased in size to eliminate pressure drop as much as possible, while retaining cooling capacity. Understanding that flexibility in the intercooler mounting would be welcomed by Corvette performance enthusiasts, ProCharger is offering intercooler systems with either Vertical and Horizontal mounting, both with an astounding 972 cubic inches of core volume.

    Both intercooler options come with only two pieces of preformed-silicone charge tubing–from the supercharger to the intercooler, and the intercooler to the throttle body. This helps create the best airflow possible, and also eliminates any chance of rattles or vibrations caused by metal tubing.

    The vertical intercooler option is recommended for drag racing use, and provides greatest effectiveness and coolest charge air temps. The horizontal option provides the least impact on engine operating temp, and should be utilized for road racing applications.

    Tuning for full systems is included with the 7 psi stock system offering. This comes in the form of a simple-to-use hand held programmer. With long-term reliability in mind, these tunes are set up conservatively from the factory to account for fuel variations across the country. As always, more power can be had from the base system, with custom tuning from your dealer or tuning shop.


    ProCharger knows that there is always a chance that someone might eventually sell their Corvette and want to return it to stock. With that in mind, every piece of OEM plastic that would have to get trimmed is already supplied with the kit. Not only does this drastically speed up the install, but it also ensures that the you can return the car to 100% OEM stock, using the original GM-factory pieces.

    Return Procedure

    To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please call us at 512-863-0900. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number! Please include a copy of the original receipt with the return. All returns must be postage paid. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing. 
    Shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.

    Return Policy

    You may return any parts to Texas Speed & Performance within 30 days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted after the 30 days have expired. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition. Texas Speed & Performance is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. Labor charges by Non-Texas Speed & Performance facility are not covered. It is the installer's responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to installation. 
    Shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.

    All defects in workmanship done by Texas Speed & Performance may be returned for repair, replacement or credit. All repair work will be performed by Texas Speed & Performance. Any unauthorized work done will void any warranty, repair, replacement, or credit that would normally be covered and will render the item as non-returnable.

    Non-Returnable Parts:
     Special-Order Parts, Installed Parts, Painted Parts, and Custom Made Parts cannot be returned for credit for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable for credit if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. Installed parts and electrical parts are only covered against manufacturer defects and are subject to a warranty exchange only, at the manufacturer's discretion. Labor charges by Non-Texas Speed & Performance facility are not covered.

    When ordering parts and accessories for vehicles still under the manufacturer's warranty, it is the vehicle owners responsibility to ensure that the warranty will not be adversely affected by the installation of these parts. If in doubt, please contact your local servicing dealership or the vehicle manufacturer before ordering. Texas Speed & Performance cannot accept return requests for parts due to vehicle warranty issues. 

    Warranty Parts: Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Parts used for racing or competition carry a manufacturer's defect warranty only. They are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circumstance. If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration please email customer service, as some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly back to the manufacturer. Texas Speed & Performance reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any parts that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer. Labor charges by Non-Texas Speed & Performance facility are not covered.

    Damaged or Missing Parts: In the event your order is damaged or items are missing it must be reported within seven days to 512-863-0900. Claims must be reported by invoice number and part number. Damaged or missing items will be claimed through the applicable shipping company. The customer will be refunded for any damaged or missing parts upon receipt of claim payment from the shipping company. The claim process usually takes 2 - 3 weeks.


    Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 10 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card, Paypal account, or GoogleCheckout™ Account you used to buy the merchandise. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 17 days, please call us at 512-863-0900 and we will respond to you immediately. Shipping charges are not refundable.
